Information and frequently asked questions answered.

I am a person not a corporation and my aim is to provide you with products that you are happy with. If there is a problem or fault with the product then please let me know or return the item and you can have a refund or replacement.
During the summer months some items may not travel well in the post, especially the chocolate. British chocolate melts a lot easier that Australian chocolate, generally it can cope up to about 28 degrees. If you still require chocolate to be sent during the warmer months then contact me and I will try to ensure the items are delivered as quickly as possible.

Can I have items delivered to relatives?
Just let me know the address you require the items to be delivered to and we can post direct.

Is the whole store available online?
Not all items that are in the shop are online. New products are arriving all the time and some items sell out quickly. The more personalized items are best discussed with me rather than done online to ensure you are ordering the exact product you want.

Can you order in specific football team items?
Unfortunately I am not able to order in specific items as the supplier has constantly changing stock. Enquire in store to see what is currently available.

Are all the items made in Britain?
Unfortunately not all the items available in store are made in the UK. This is happening all over the world as companies are manufacturing in a variety of countries. Generally I am trying to stock more products that are made in UK. The food is imported from Britain regularly. Other items may be imported from Britain but were actually manufactured elsewhere.

Customs have rules and regulations concerning items being imported. Unfortunately this may mean some favourites from the UK are not allowed to be sold here. These rules do change but at the moment some cereal items such as Ready Brek and Shreddies are not allowed to be imported.
